  Dissatisfied & Disappointed

  Worst snorkeling tour ever. Seemed like max profit with minimal service. There was few tropical fish and no sea turtles. We did see trash and tires. Water was not clear. The beach in front of Hilton Hotel has cleaner waters and much more tropical fish. While changing into my swim wear, a woman walked in on me. This tour was a waste of our time and money. The driver did not prepare the seats to protect against our wet clothes. Instead, she had the customers do it. The primary location was blocked by a Navy Ship. A better alternative location should have been researched. The website states: “High probability of seeing sea turtles” This statement is misleading. Horrible customer service.
